Department has the aim of to provide youth with the tools and skills, and support they need to become proactive drivers of their own success and create a better future for themselves by;
- Empower youth through hands-on training: To provide practical, hands-on trainings in various vocational skills, such as sewing, shaving, hairdressing or other crafts and arts, to equip youth with valuable skills for future entrepreneurship.
- Cultivate soft skills for success: To teach youth vital soft skills such as goal setting, management, teamwork, communication, leadership and resilience which are crucial for personal and professional success.
- Foster a sense of ownership and agency: To empower youth to take ownership of their future by instilling a sense of self-efficacy, confidence, and motivation to pursue their goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance: To offer mentorship and guidance from successful individuals in various fields, inspiring and guiding them toward achieving their aspirations.
- Promote self-sufficiency and resilience: To help youth develop the mindset and skills needed to overcome challenges, adapt to change, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
